I don’t know if you would believe the irony in how I came to be Casey & Megan’s wedding photographer even if I gave you proof :p Which I am afraid I can’t because that would involve photos of me from high school which is highly embarrassing. ANYWAYS on to the story…If you don’t know by now my husband and I are originally from Louisville,KY by the Grace of God after 5 years in NC we discovered we were meant to forever live in the South! So we got our ducks in a row and down to Savannah we moved. No I am sure you have noticed but I shoot anywhere from 3-5 weddings a year in Kentucky still. Whether it be word of mouth or family friends whomever I am always so thrilled to have a good reason to get home and visit family. So now that you know the back story…. Last summer I get an email from my dear friend Megan from high school! She has gotten engaged HOORAY! This was literally a week before i announced our big move to Savannah and low and behold they got engaged in SAVANNAH! What are the odds right? Well it gets better …Megan and Casey were planning a wedding in Tybee Island and asked me to be there photographer! How lucky am I? I get to see my sweet high school friend get married on the beach in my new city? WIN WIN! So Memorial Day weekend their wedding came! It was such a gorgeous day and full of so much love. It is so apparent that Casey & Megan will have a beautiful marriage full of so much fun together. So now what you have all been waiting for… Casey & Megan!
