Britney and Michael are from Northern Kentucky area and being a Kentucky girl myself originally I instantly connected with them on that. When these two thought of their wedding they imagined something intimate and meaningful with only their closest friends and family. When I say closest friends I still mean ALOT of people. haha! I mean check out those bridesmaids! Britney and Michael were so clearly loved! So many people traveled down to be a part of their Hilton Head Destination wedding. This is truly one of my favorite parts of being a Hilton Head wedding photographer. It’s the most amazing thing to me to see so many people travel no matter their personal circumstances to come and celebrate such a momentous occasion with our couples.

Britney and Michael chose the Sonesta resort for their wedding and although it looked like a possibility of rain most of the day they made it out without a drop! We got to do all their portraits on the beautiful hilton head beaches and it was absolute perfection! Their is nothing more amazing to me than when couples focus on the personal and most important personal details of their wedding day. Thats exactly what Britney and Michael did for their Hilton Head Wedding! They even brought down a family friend to play the music for the wedding and reception and my goodness was it emotional as he sang their first dance and father daughter dance songs! Such a beautiful moment among family and friends.
