It is not uncommon that I will book a wedding with brides before ever meeting them! It’s just the way things are here in Savannah and the South! Most people are planning destination weddings or flying me in to their destination for the wedding.  So we usually meet for the first time at the engagement session. Whenever I told Lindsey who lives in Jacksonville that I would be in St Augustine in the fall we saw it as the perfect opportunity to do their engagement session!

I had spoken with Lindsey a lot over the last few months since booking and I was SO excited to meet her from the first time we chatted on the phone. I am very lucky that my brides all feel like old friends and I adore each and everyone of them. Lindsey was no different! We instantly clicked after meeting at the fort downtown and began our hunt for beautiful spanish architecture and yummy light! Well Lindsey and Chris could have delivered stunning photos on a cold and raining day I tell you because they were ROCKSTARS! Chris is over a foot taller than Lindsey and it was so cute the way he was her big strong protector! I loved working with them and shooting this session and I am SO excited for their wedding this Spring on Jekyll Island! Enjoy you guys!
