I sit here trying to write this blog post and I really and  truly do not even know where to begin. From the second I walked in the door all I could feel was pure joy. Kathleen was smiling from ear to ear and she has this laugh that is so contagious and genuine.  She got into her wedding dress with her momma and 3 cousins who were more like sisters and everyone was just as happy as can be. You see PJ and Kathleen have been together for many many years and I could feel the happiness everyone felt for this day finally coming. A day I am sure they all knew would eventually come from the very beginning of Kathleen and PJ. I feel so grateful to have gotten to be a part of this greatly anticipated day!

It is day’s like theirs that make me absolutely love being a Savannah wedding photographer! You can’t beat this scenery and the stories we get to be a part of. Did I mention their was basically a hurricane the night of their wedding? They venue even lost power but you never would have known it! The band continued to play acoustic and Pj and Kathleen sang at the top of their lungs with all of their favorite people. It was one of the best nights I’ve been a part of and will be hard to top!
